Before the call

Have access to your Google Business Profile (the email/login that manages the listing).
Know how you currently mark jobs complete (CRM, spreadsheet, or text yourself).
Be ready to confirm the phone number and name customers should see on review requests.
Bring any questions — Local Signal support runs the call.
Optional (Priority): have a short list of recent Vegas jobs ready for week-1 past-customer reactivation.
